How our tier system works:
LEVEL 1: $25/month
Ideal for small households of 1–2 people, or those with low water usage, typically in homes up to 1,500 sq. ft.
Remote monitoring of your Salt tank levels.
Front door delivery or complimentary in-home salt pour.
One 40lbs bag of Yellow Softener salt per month.
Salt is delivered once you run below 30%.
1 vacation pause per year.
3 month minimum agreement.
LEVEL 2: $45/month
Ideal for medium size households of up to 4 people with average water use, typically in homes up to 4,000 sq. ft.
Remote monitoring of your Salt tank levels.
Front door delivery or complimentary in-home salt pour.
Up to three 40lbs bags (120lbs) of Yellow Softener salt per month.
Salt is delivered to your door once you run below 30%.
1 vacation pause per year.
3 month minimum agreement.
LEVEL 3: $55/month
Ideal for large households of more than 4 people with significant water use, typically in homes of more than 4,000 sq. ft. or with a dual-tank water
softener system.
Remote monitoring of your Salt tank levels.
Front door delivery or complimentary in-home salt pour.
Up to four 40lbs bags (160lbs) of Yellow Softener salt per month.

How does the sensor work?
The sensor utilizes cutting-edge time-of-flight infrared laser technology, providing precise measurements from the top of the brine tank to the salt, ensuring accuracy within ±2 inches.
How do I know if the sensor will fit and work with my water softener?
The sensor was design to be universally compatible and compact, and it will be professionally installed for you. It securely attaches to the underside of your water softener lid and begins measuring salt levels within minutes.
How does the scheduling work?
When your salt levels reach 30%, our system will send a text message with a link so you schedule your salt delivery at a convenient date and time on our calendar.
What are your geographic areas of service?
We are currently serving Hartford, Middlesex and New Haven Counties at this time, but more to come!
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer 10% off every month for seniors (65+) and active duty or retired veterans. Just show us your ID!
How durable are the sensors?
The sensors are built to last in the harshest salty environments as well as being waterproof and dustproof.

Although unlikely, if you do, you can reach out to us for a seamless sensor swap at no cost to you!
Can I change my subscription level?
